We had the opportunity to attend the Student Visonaries of the Year Kickoff Celebration yesterday! We got to hear about other candidate teams and their reasons for joining this amazing program, and we got to hear more about our Honored Hero, Zailynn’s Story! We had so much fun and are so excited for the next 7 weeks ahead!!

This is Corey Bruce (pictured above). He was one of our very close family friends. In September of 2023, Corey lost his battle to a rare from of Stage 4 B-Cell Type Lymphoma. We are a part of this amazing organization in honor of him, to carry on his legacy, and to have an impact on other cancer patients and their families. We are detmerined to raise awareness and money throughout our community in hopes that one day we can live in a world that is cancer free!

Hi everyone!! We joined the LLS Student Visionaries of the Year organization to show dedication to the fight against blood cancers and to honor those that have been affected. We are passionate about getting word out in our community and being a part of such a huge impact on patients and families. This campaign provides support to the critical work of the Leukemia Lymphoma Society in hopes that one day we can live in a world that is cancer free! We have a grand total goal of $75,000!! We hope that we can reach this goal and make a direct impact in the fight against blood cancers!
